Yes absolutely! Although it is a workshop series of five classes, also one class is a holistic practice helping you balance body, mind and soul.
It is best to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Opt for breathable fabrics that will help you stay cool during the practice. Take also something warm with you for the end relaxation.
